Getting what you want through Meditation

As I've been reading the book "Ask and it is Given" I came across the meditation process. I tried it out and felt a sense of relief so I went online and searched more about meditation and how we can effectively use it to gain what we desire. I found the below information that I would like to share with you all.

Through meditation, not only do you attract the one thing you wanted, but also things you've been wanting for a long time starts to take place in your experience because it helps you to be in an allowing state through releasing resistance.

Meditation helps you relax, clear your mind and really focus on that thing that you've always wanted happening. It also helps you raise your vibration to an allowing state for all desires to manifest. Keeping in mind that the amount of time it takes you to get to what you want is the amount of time that takes you to shift the vibration within you. I did come across an article that stated that you can get what it is that you wanted in only 7 days through meditation.

It has been said that by using meditation the following phases take place until you finally get what you want:

Phase 1 - Meditation:

A person relaxes for 10 or 15 minutes daily by deep breathing and clearing his/her mind through focusing only on their breathing. They focus on what they desire and imagine it in details. They sense the feeling that they will have once they get their desire. They also imagine how their whole life will be once they get what they desire.

Phase 2 - Alpha:

In this phase things relevant to what you desire starts showing up in your life so keep your eyes open.

Phase 3 - Beta:

This is the phase where you actually start manifesting your desire. Perhaps little things start to happen or you get a sudden desire to make a phone call or check the newspaper after meditating that would lead you the getting your desire.

Phase 4 - Getting your desire:

This phase is simply manifesting your desire with it coming into your experience.

Good Luck :)!
